Jeff Galloway's Training Programs™ are for all levels of runners, from beginning runners to Boston qualifiers. This low km’s, injury-free training program is for those who have jobs, families, and a life! Following the Galloway’s training guidelines, we will get you safely across the finish line from a 5k to a full marathon if your goals are to finish, or to achieve a ‘PR’. Our group runs feature walking breaks at regular intervals based on your skill level and are social and fun.

We have partnerships with Personal Trainers who offer personalized and tailored programs to suit the individual. A typical session could include a combination of weights and cardio style circuits which will help with strength and conditioning, fat burning, physique transformation and functional movement all to support your running program.
Health & wellness coaching helps people to find the motivation and tools to get to their physical, mental and emotional health goals. There are many benefits to health & wellness coaching including improvement in productivity, satisfaction with life and work, improved relationships, reduction in stress and being able to make better general choices to improve your health and lifestyle.
We have partnerships with physiotherapists and massage therapists who can help support your training program and any recovery needs. We adopt that approach that prevention is better than cure and encourage our runners to connect with these supportive services.
